We ship orders across US, Canada, and International destinations (except where trade is prohibited by US govt.). Please provide your accurate street address at Checkout. We do not ship to PO Box addresses except for small packages (under 2 lb).

Choose Correct Shipping Method ...

  • Standard Ground (6-8 Business Days) option is valid only for 50 U.S. states and territories. We use US Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx at our discretion, depending on weight and size of package. If you are not able to receive USPS Mail at your shipping address, please inform us at Checkout by providing the proper instructions in the "Comment" box.

  • Expedited 3-5 Business Days option is available for shipment within 48 US States only, subject to availability of the product. Orders (for in-stock items including drop ships) received before 12:00 Noon EST are shipped the same day.

    For Express 1-2 day service within 48 US States, please complete your order online with Expedited 3-5 Business Day option, then contact us by phone 1-877-765-4052 (M-F 9-5 EST) or email: sales@hdhinc.com

  • Standard Canada option is valid only for all Provinces in Canada. You are responsible for all custom duties and taxes at delivery.

  • Standard International option is valid for all shipments outside of U.S. and Canada. You are responsible for all custom duties and taxes at delivery.

    Please note that the local shipping company (UPS, FedEx or Postal Service) may charge duties, GST/VAT taxes and/or other handling charges at delivery time which is beyond our control or US jurisdiction. These charges may be in addition to the shipping charges you may have paid at order time.

Due to system error, orders outside of 48 US states that require Air or Surface Freight may get accepted online, but will be cancelled eventually, because we do not ship bulk items overseas, unless you provide for your own pickup and delivery services. Please contact us for more information.

Small Orders, Multiple Manufacturer's items: Small orders and single orders containing items from multiple manufacturers may take longer than the Standard Ground or Expedited schedule specified above. Although there is no minimum order requirement and no maximum limit of multiple manufacturers' items you can put on one order, we recommend that you place one order per manufacturer's items to expedite delivery. The manufacturer's name is always mentioned on the item page.

Signature on Delivery: A lot of our orders are shipped directly from factory warehouses and may require "Signature on Delivery". If you are unable to receive packages on delivery, it may get returned to our warehouses and you may be charged for restocking fee and shipping charges. Please inform us immediately if you are unable to sign off on packages on delivery, so we may make alternate shipping arrangements. This may delay the shipment by additional 5 business days.

Special Orders, Custom Orders or Backorders: You will be notified of any SPECIAL, CUSTOM, or BACKORDERED items within 2 business days. Such orders are automatically sent to our factory warehouses unless cancelled within 24 hours. Once the order is confirmed by our suppliers it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of order placement (unless they are shipped already). Please send us an email to: sales@hdhinc.com with CANCEL ORDER# in the subject line. SPECIAL, CUSTOM or BACKORDERED items cannot be cancelled after 3 business days of the original order date.

Important Note: Home Decor Hardware, Inc. does not take any financial responsibility for delays in shipping whether it is via ground or air shipments or for delays in processing of orders by factory or partner warehouses. Many orders are drop shipped directly from factory warehouses. Some products are custom finished by the factory after the order is received. We advise our customers not to schedule any installation jobs of products ordered until the shipment has arrived at your door-step.



Oversize/Bulk Shipments:

Important Note for Oversize/Overweight Shipments:

Orders that need "Special Packaging/Handling" or "Truck Shipments" are not eligible for "Flat Rate" or "Free Shipping" offers.

Such shipments include (but not limited to) packages that are longer than "96 inches/2.5m" or weighing more than "75 lbs" or "Fragile" shipments that need special packaging.

We will inform you of additional charges before shipping your order.
