Order cancellation policy

Some items cannot be canceled once ordered:

• Custom or special orders: Items include custom finishes or sizes and special "factory orders".
• Fast-shipping items: Items marked to ship within 24 hours cannot be canceled. These items are often processed and shipped rapidly.

For all other products, cancellation is possible within 15 minutes of purchase, provided the item hasn't shipped.
